I emailed Gosia asking a bunch questions in which she replied extremely fast, even with the difference in time zone (I'm from Australia) she was very sweet and never once seemed frustrated with me despite the most likely ridiculous questions I asked. I placed my order and sent out my measurements- she emailed me back politely asking me to double check my measurements as she felt they seemed off, which I really appreciated and as a professional she was absolutely right. I then realised; silly me, that I paid for the express shipping instead of the standard shipping which in AUD currency was quite pricey and she refunded me the difference without question.
