My husband and I was in the area and decided to stop by and place a carryout order; service and food was acceptable. About a month later we tried it again same, however the 3rd time was NOT acceptable. Now we already had a favorite Hibachi spot, however we tried something different (If it's not broke don't try to fix it). My husband is allergic to zucchini, so for argument sake he always no matter where order Hibachi with NO Vegetables. So on this 3rd visit they added vegetables. I called to express the issue and was told to bring plate back and they could replace or refund. I advised the young lady I have no other choice but to respect their policy , however I would just like to express my frustration and how inconvenient their process was; we do not come to that side of town often and by the time we did the plate would definitely be in the trash. We paid for a dinner plate that he cannot eat and when I do come by I would like to express my thoughts with the manager. This lady had the nerve to argue the policy and refused to just listen and apologize for their mistake; I hung up. This lady had the ordacity to call me back saying the manager is right here, and that I could speak to manager. So I start explaining everything then this lady starts relaying what I'm saying. So then this lady starts telling me the same thing she said during my initial call back. I advised her, so you called me back, I didn't get to speak to manager directly and then you said the same thing about the policy. I will NOT be going back to eat there....

Read moreNice place to eat very clean great spot. However, the food could be a lot better IF it's prepared and thoroughly cooked. The hibachi meat is ok but the vegetables: broccoli onions and zucchini needs to be chopped up and cooked. Broccoli is too crunchy with long thick stems. Cut those long stems up. The brocchlorets is the best part of the broccoli versus those hard stems!Same with zucchini. Cut it up and cook it. Fried rice is ok. Saute everything well so it have a grilled like taste will make a difference. Again, if those veggies are chopped and cooked it will make a difference. I mentioned this to owner during my visit. I got the impression like my suggestion was played off but I know what I am talking about because I cook. But the way food tastes speaks for itself along with the presentation. The white sauce is great! Not watered down. Don't change the white sauce, that's perfect. Just implement my suggestions on improving the veggies...
