Biscuitville — Restaurant in Burlington

Horrible place will not return… I came back next day for them to take care of my order that they completely messed up day prior that they contacted me about… I took a survey on receipt and the assistant manager ended up reaching out to me to get a remake that I can come back whenever to get it taken care of… I come back the following day Just to be given a hard time again! Spoke with manager prior to arrival.. arrived to restaurant asked the employees to get manager so I can make sure it was taken care of correctly this time… as we just spoke on the phone not long prior! They refused to get manager and then went on to say they know the situation..yet they didn’t because they would not have been asking for days old food that was from day prior and that was actually tossed out because it was cold and had hair and burned bacon you couldn’t even chrew..the woman insisted on being given the food from day prior yet she said she knew the situation. Well evidently she didn’t because again the manager reached out to me from a survey I took and offered to remake our meals.. I didn’t call in and complain and ask for a remake…manager reached out and offered remake.. not to mention This is suppose to be express they take forever! Food is cold and disgusting! Employees are non friendly and rude whatsoever! If I could give this a zero star I would! You might as well head to Huffman mill Biscutville or else where! Dont...

This location finally lost my business for a while. I go here every morning. I order the same thing every day and it comes served in a variety of ways EVERY time. After the third or fourth time off getting it wrong, and there not being a line to wait in to get it right, I went back through. I was treated very poorly on my request to correct the order. The young man at the window even said "oh my G**" very openly as he closed the window on me. I called to complain instead of completing the survey, or giving a poor Google review, because I've always liked this location. The assistant manager was very nice and suggested that I may want to try ordering it a different way. Against my better judgement I drove thru the next morning to place an order and after ordering my food the specific way the manager suggested, the young man taking my order paused and said something. When I said that was all for my order, he snapped at me that he was typing in my order. That was when I decided to put this location in time out for a while. The staff will turn over eventually, as it does in all fast food restaurants. Let's hope they get back to the business of being nice and serving good food at...

I arrived at 12:28pm on a Friday afternoon. This is an express location, so you can’t go inside. It looks pretty new, actually. I’m not sure how long it’s been here.

The drive thru was empty. I ordered 2 chicken biscuit combo with fries. It was a little over $18, wow lol.

There was a little wait for the food. The fries were overcooked (or recooked) and unsalted. The only thing that helped me eat the fries was ketchup. The biscuit was thin, as if I had gotten a skinny biscuit, which I didn’t. While the chicken was an appropriate temperature, it was thin and not crispy.

While my strawberry tea was tasty and the staff were friendly and patient, I was disappointed with this meal. I had a craving for a good biscuit and this left that craving unmet. The chicken biscuit cannot compare to Chick-Fil-A at all. I’ve had other biscuits and fries from Biscuitville that were enjoyable.
