Lacey is so great. I've not had my own hair done but brought two family members two months apart. I brought my Ukranian aunt to have her hair cut and she looks great. But also my aunt doesn't speak English and Lacey was so sweet to use the Google translate to speak with her and understand her needs and wants. We've seen doctors that don't do as much! Very grateful. The time before that was because my 13 year old just got a haircut elsewhere and it was absolutely not what she wanted and was in tears... Tried to make an appoinment, but spoke to a very rude person on the phone. When I went in person, a few stylists looked at me with no greeting or any words. 5minutes of standing around, I was about to leave, but someone finally asked if I had an appointment. Eventually waited for 1.5hrs for my haircut, which was clean and well executed, but missed a few spots near the back where it left uneven. Nice...
