Urban Legend — Local services in Burlington

Great clothes, but I will never go back. I live an hour away, and made a large purchase while shopping with my girlfriends. I decided to return a few of the items a few days later - tags still on and receipt in hand. The sales associate told me no returns, only exchanges or store credit. When I said there is no signage indicating that was the policy, I was told it's on the receipt. Well, obviously, that is worthless as you receive the receipt AFTER you've made a purchase. Such a bad business practice! I won't be back just out...

I visited this store for the first time this morning after seeing such great reviews here & on their Facebook page. There was a young girl sitting behind the counter on her cell phone, she never spoke, just looked at us & smiled. We walked around for about 5 minutes (we were the only people in the store) & she still never spoke a word. I gave 2 stars because they have some really cute clothes but the customer service...

I love this store! When I was at work one day a customer came in wearing superflair jeans. She told me she got them at urban legends, i visited a month later and found two pairs of black superflair jeans! I've literally been looking for jeans like this since 2005.
