Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Burlington

My wife used doordash to place an order here. I ordered apple pie a la mode with Graham cracker crust, cinnamon, caramel, and whipped topping. 30 some dollar order for 2 ice creams. Instead of Graham cracker crust walnuts were used. Thank god i gave my son the first bite. Chock full of walnuts that im allergic to. They forgot my wifes waffle bowl. Call the store n the young lady says sorry nothing i can do. Contact doordash. Doordash says nothing they can do so basically an ice cream i cant eat for 13.00 n my wife doesn't get what she paid for. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Even if we ordered thru doordash the store made the mistake but passes the problem. Im Completely dissatisfied with this transaction. I was basically stolen from. UNACCEPTABLE. Over $8 for a milkshake, with no mix ins, just a plain ice cream flavor, and it sloshed around the cup like it was just milk. My husband went in for me to get it, and he questioned them about it being SO THIN, and he was told that sometimes you just have to mix it up a bit. Um... do what now? You mean to tell me you over milked a shake, in a blender, and they blame it on not being mixed enough? My husband second guessed himself after that, and brought it to me anyway, and I confirmed to him that it was far from correct milk shake consistency, and that we just got ripped off. Apparently this place is not part of the cold stone franchise anymore and is run by someone that is skimping on the actual ice cream given to patrons for the price. Two weeks to Aug. 27th, 2022, I walked into ColdStone in Burlington, NC and ordered a large rectangular Rainbow Sprinkle Road cake for my son's birthday and a small round Strawberry Passion cake for my husband's birthday as well. When I went to pick up the cakes from the store, I was shocked and disappointed. They looked horrible, recklessly decorated and disgusting. The box was dirty. My party was a few hours away. When I complained about it to the lady who attended to me, that she kept saying she wasn't the one who made it. How could I present these to my guest? I had already paid for them (about $86) at the time of ordering. This was a very terrible moment for me. My heart was really broken by this experience.
