Mark worked on some equipment of mine some 15 years ago and I lost track of him. I recently found him and gave him 3 pieces of equipment to repair, which he did with the skill of a surgeon! He worked on some items which were in excess of 40 years old, and put them in working order without a hitch. He is meticulous, methodical, and explains beforehand what he might have to do, and also if he runs into issues, will explain that as well. Upon completion of the work, he explains in detail what he did, and what you might need to do to maintain the equipment in long standing running order.
