As a G.M, I hold employees to a standard of excellence 2nd. to none on Customer service, "You do what the Customer needs Meet or EXCEED their expectations" Thought I'd seen it all BUT I WAS WRONG, I met DOM for the 1st. time 11/21/22 over a game, now the site said the game was in store (Burton) but well it wasn't Dom immediately looked it up & yep said it right there, But it wasn't The Man went straight to work to track it down. & yeah he found it, "IN LAPEER" but without missing a beat, he reserved the game for me & "SHOCKED" even me, He said " it'll take 3 or 4 days for it to arrive, But I will go to Lapeer, I will just pick it up & bring it here. (he was being polite) he didn't really have to go out there, he took it upon himself, took responsibility for the misinformation on the site & went & got the Game, Not b/c he had to, simply B/c he wanted to sever his Customer. WOW!!!! Talk about PRIDE IN YOUR JOB & DEDICATION TO THE COMPANY! If I had the opportunity to have this young man on MY TEAM I would in a heartbeat OUTSTANDING. a personal heartfelt THANK YOU DOM! I will be playing my game TONIGHT!!!! thanks to you, Proud to see how an Employee takes customer service to whole new level & as seriously as I myself dose Gamestop, better keep hold of this young man a lot of employers will be looking to steal him away from you. I haven't found a location that I didn't enjoy. If you love gaming, anime, gods, super heroes, or the occasional random little monster; GameStop is the place to go. They name a massive selection of gaming systems, accessories, and games. You can find trinkets, clothing items, bags, figurines, and so many other collections here that you can lose time in this establishment just taking in the sights, even more time trying to decide, and yet more time having detailed conversations with the knowledge employees selected to assist you. I say that's time well spent! Stop in and pay them a visit. It doesn't matter if you're a recreational explorer, hard core seeker of the exceptional, just flirting with gaming, or make in love with it. All are welcome...

My Grandson wanted the new Jedi game for his X Box 1 so series, he seen the game grabbed it, we bought it, got it home and it was for a different X Box 1, 😪 HE was so heartbroken, it was memorial weekend so we had to wait until Tuesday to return it, we went on Tuesday, there was a young gentleman named Nick working, HE WAS AWESOME!!!! Very Helpful!!! Polite and very informative. I will definitely return to this location, the employees are very polite and try to get you taken care of as fast as possible, without making you feel like helping is a inconvenience.
