If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is a total SCAM. And false advertisement to get you to get them a sale.

I went in for a new mattress on a Tuesday, I was scoping all of my options out. I seen a sign that said “free adjustable base” on a select few mattresses. So there was a row of 5 or 6 mattresses of the same brand… ALL WITH THE SAME BASE!!! You’d assume if those mattresses all had an ad with the free adjustable base that that base that is advertised would be the one we were getting. This salesman (JACOB) let me get so excited for a head rise, feet rise, zero gravity option. I’m a mom of 2 and planning to have more in the future. So all of those features would be nice while pregnant right??? After he let me get so excited about this bed frame NOTHING WAS SAID. I was not told what so ever that this base wasn’t going to be the one that is free!!! I check out with a few other items (a mattress for my son & a mattress protector for my new mattress) and schedule my delivery for Thursday.

Thursday rolls around and the delivery guys were completely amazing through this entire thing. BUT the frame that got delivered.. only the head rest lifts. I asked the delivery guy, the confirmation lady on the phone & they all said no, that’s the one you get for free. I took it upon myself to go back into mattress warehouse almost immediately after the delivery guys left. THE BEDFRAME I GOT WAS NOT EVEN DISPLAYED IN THE STORE ANYWHERE!!!! And much like I remembered, every one of the frames were the head, foot and zero gravity, wireless remote etc. I didn’t catch Jacob as he wasn’t working however John helped us. Comparing our experiences with both John & Jacob, i assumed John was higher up and training Jacob. Much to my surprise, John has only worked there for a month. John was very nice and explained everything that Jacob didn’t. However I was told I’d get a call back by Friday (that’s when Jacob got back into work) and it’s now Sunday.

I was scammed into buying this $2600 mattress assuming I was getting a super cool bed frame. The least they could do is correct it, give me the item I was sold on & take this bed frame back and maybe have it displayed in the store and learn from this mistake for next time.

Just adding this again to remind you, I was never told or even given a HINCH of the idea that I was not getting the bed frame that i was testing out in the store. In which case this is false advertisement & essentially a scam.

I originally had a negative experience at this location, as I shared my frustrations in the review above. However, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding follow-up I received from the district manager. After listening to my concerns, He went above and beyond to make things right. His professionalism and genuine care completely changed my perspective. I truly appreciate the effort he put in, and it shows that customer satisfaction is a real priority as district manager. I just hope the salesman learns from the mistake and this doesn’t happen to...

Truly a great experience. I went in with minimal knowledge and research about mattresses and came out knowing exactly want I wanted. After visiting other mattress locations, I came back here the next day.

First time mattress buyer here. I tried to do some research but was overall confused so I decided to just go in to multiple stores and talk to someone for information.

When I walked in, I met John the salesman, John the manager, and Jake. I 100% believe that these three are people who not only want to do their job but also truly believe in their products and the company they work for. John the salesman was very knowledgable. He guided me through the bedMATCH testing and had me try three different mattresses to really understand with easy to answer questions and comprehendible answers. Everything he said was easy to understand and changed my mind when it comes to mattresses, adjustable stands, and other bedding accessories.

John the manager was also very willing to work out a deal. I don't know what is offered by Mattress Warehouse but with this location, I found a very nice deal with a very lucrative offer.

Admittedly, I didn't talk too much to Jake but together with the other two employees, theres a "good vibes" sort of environment. Reminds me of working in the kitchen with your favorite co-workers. The dream team.

I will be referring anyone I know to this mattress warehouse store and telling them to go in and look for John,...
