Panera Bread — Restaurant in Butler Township

Yeah this place was looking nice when they had that Young little black guy that clean dishes and bust tables while helping out the line but now I heard he left due to being hounded over a pager that he couldn't answer because it wasn't working and I guess they make all the men have pagers and they pager them for every little thing which causes them to be behind in there duties.Then I heard that two girls where in the back doing there hair in the dish room and around the soup area in the back like it was a salon. Then I guess a manager asked for someone's number another co workers number from a co worker saying it was for job related purposes but then why not just get the number out of your office records and call off the office phone instead of putting it into your personal cell phone. Then they pay some people 10 dollars or more to start while people who have been there for years make 7 or 8 only. The head of the store treats it like a girls club and let's her girl friends do as they please and the one guy manager let's his brother do anything he wants while others are yelled at for the smallest of things. I'm a manager myself and feel I'd do a better job then the ones they have there. It's never clean the girls are all lazy but a few like maybe two or three and all of the men do mostly everything and I must say the black guys seem to have it the worst as they are given the most to do all of the time unless a lady manager has a thing for you then you get to do as you please. So you have to suck up basically and or have to want to mess with a female manager or your screwed. I'd like corporate to do something or else us customers will have to, its just way to unfair at this place. It's unfair to both us as customers and to there under paid hard working workers. A girl who quit by leaving a note was also a hard worker but this head manager lady is leading the place down hill. So many people leave over the management all of there best workers and now the place looks so gross. Why has nothing not been done about it. Loose the management and bring all the good workers back and turn them to managers instead of making it a who's cool with us to move up club. It's a business not a circus. Well that's all I have to say for now but I'm sure will all learn...

The food is a little pricey but worth it as for the staff they could be a bit more friendly for as many people working there they were a little slow on filling and taking orders I ordered a cup of soup and half a grilled cheese sandwich but did not order a drink however as I was waiting I saw a sign for the cookies that said I think it was 99cents with lunch or food order and I thought why not sounds good because I was not paying IBelieve it was 2something for a cookie so I asked the other cashier as I was waiting if I could add on a cookie still since I already paid for my order and he said did you get a drink to I said no and he said then you don't qualify I wanted to say look I just paid 10dollars plus for a cup of soup n half of sandwich plus a tip you think I could get a cookie for 99cent but I just said thanks and waited on my order they could tell you about the offer before you finish your order n pay I mean the sign is small and all the way at the end of the counter so you really don't see it till you walk by the end counter to pick up your food but anyway yes I would go back the foods...

Place is always packed, cashiers don't even let you look at the menu they are shoving you through the line, very unfriendly staff! It's a shame I have $45 in gift cards and I don't even want to come in for free food! The prices are ridiculous as well! $50 or so for 1 pick 2 a half a terrible salad and a child's Mac and cheese and 2 small drinks! Are you a fancy restaurant or a fast food place? Make up your mind! For those prices I would expect to be treated better!

Used my gift cards tonight. What a rip off! $30 for a child's Mac and cheese...literally 3/4 cup of pasta and a gogurt, a 4-5 inch Italian sandwich and a salad that was obviously prepared before hand because it was in 2 containers. The place was out of chicken! Who tf runs out of chicken? Website to preorder does not work. This place is a joke! Even the bakery had nothing in it! So glad my cards are gone because I will NEVER go back! Behind the food line was a pig sty also! If there was a 0 star option or a barf option I would award it...
