Food was cold this time I’ve been testing this DQ since it opened to see if they would get any better. They have gotten a little better but might need more training. I arrived before my mobile order was supposed to be ready and there was only one person at the counter and she didn’t just turn around and give me my food she just continued to take peoples orders in front of her. Maybe this is why my food was cold? The blizzards I have gotten from this DQ never seem to be fully mixed there are large parts with no toppings or pieces that are too big. The flamethrower burgers don’t have enough sauce I might have got a half a tablespoon that my bun absorbed on my last order. Another time I added extra bacon to my order and it said there was 2 different bacons on the app but I only got one kind and it was all crumbs like bacon bits. I’ll probably come back just because it’s close but I do hope things improve.
-I am trying again right now but I guess your lobby closes early I get it you have to clean so everyone gets out on time but I placed an order and it was an option to get it picked up inside. Only to find out the lobby closes at 9 so I have to go through the drive thru. Lucky I actually have a car and was able to do so. Unfortunately I wasted over 10 minutes in the drive thru when I could have easily just picked it up or it could have been ran out to me. I arrived on time for my food hopefully it’s hot and fresh. Read moreJust, no. We had a couple of bad experiences at this location last year, and I swore I'd never go back. Silly me, thought we'd try again. The last time I was there, I took my mom. We went inside and ordered food to eat there. The staff was not nice, they didn't seem to understand what I was asking for (extra gravy must be very difficult, but I'm a fat kid and I wanted my gravy!) We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for food. When we finally got it, there were items missing, and the staff ignored me when i went to the counter to get the rest of our order. Overall it was just not good, even the food was off. Tried again, same deal. No improvement. This past Sunday, against my better judgment, we decided to try again, but we went through the drive through. Holy heck, could it be possible for that to be almost worse than the other 2 times? The person couldn't understand me, again. I asked for something that isn't common, but it's something I've ordered at many other DQ locations (Center Ave and Sarver are always happy to make me a Vanilla Dr. Pepper. Again, fat kid.) The employee just kept talking over me while I was trying to order food for my mom, and finally we just said forget it, we're not doing this.

Read moreWorst DQ I have ever visited. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of knowledge from your employees. When you open a new store , maybe you should be training them to take care of customers & to be a little friendly , & spend less time on their cellphones . On 10/8/23 I was ordering 1 small Blizzard & 1 medium blizzard to go , in a bag , and of course when I got home there was 2 small Blizzards in the bag. Second time that happened ! Is that your business practice , to rip your drive thru customers off ? Or is it that your employees don't know the difference ? They sure know how to up charge you though. Only walked in there once , waited 20 minutes for a chicken basket , 1 person ahead of me . A couple with their grand children walked out after 10 minutes, as no body was interested in taking their order , as the girl was busy staring at her cellphone leaning against the back counter. My food was sitting there for awhile while she was texting somebody. An elderly lady sitting at a table came up to ask for a fork , and the answer was : we're out of them:. My food was cold of course , but I just wanted to get out of there . I will never return to this location , nor will I ever recommend you to another person.
