ALDI — Local services in Butler Township

Had to change rating from 5 to 3. Over the past year there's been changes St this store. Still good pricing but product size is smaller, and some products like crackers and cottage cheese taste different. The biggest change is service. The cashier's we're told to be faster. Well they were already fast. So to go faster they are being pushy..before order processed ask how are you paying? Put card in? Load basket and push out of way before you even pay. I will pay more some where else to not be treated like cattle. Quality of leadership poor . Staff now serving bosses...

I'm a recent transplant from California and lemme tell ya; our Aldi's are much better than what I am finding here in Pennsylvania. This store does not seem clean and the employees seem very disinterested in helping anyone; they all seem sad or mad. But whatever, my main gripe is that two times I had to go to another market because they didn't have ricotta cheese - which I guess they were out of for about a week. Their selections are not great and I guess I'll just go to Walmart. Very disappointed in Aldis...

Really like this store, they recently added the self-check out lanes which eliminate the need to rush and place items on the conveyor belt only for you to have to bag them yourself--now you can do it all at once. There is one particular woman who works there who is very friendly and helpful, she usually works the checkout lane. We like that most items are almost always in stock here and that it is kept pretty clean. The shelf organization has also been top tier lately, allowing you to better see the...
