A little pricey, but worth the extra expense. I had the New York Steamer, with bowl of chili and drink, cost $15.49. Large combo. It was delicious and very filling, even for someone of my 'husky' build. I will be back to try other great looking subs and bring my appetite! I highly recommend, worth the extra wait.

A fresh, delicious break from subs we've had at other places. I had the Turkey, Bacon on wheat along with a cup of broccoli cheese soup and LOVED both from the first bite. A little on the pricey side but very good overall.

Had multiple different subs , like the steamer and the Engineer. This was my first time having the chili which was good . Only available for take out right now so it empty inside but food was still great

Listen, 20 to 25 minutes for a sub is extreme. I understand when it is busy it could take longer, however, when orders are coming out at a rate of 1 every 4 or 5 minutes, then you have one of two issues, a staffing issue (which was evident by 6 employees it wasnt), or training issue, which by the verbal abuse the employees where taking from the manager, seemed to be the case. The manager stepped onto the line after ringing everyone up, but if your are having issues with speed and accuracy, then have someone else ring and you help on the line, stop trying to do the easy job because your the manager. Also, don't verbally correct your staff in front of customers, you need to take any issues off the floor when appropriate and address as a training opportunity. Plus, to not know, when a customer (Not me) asks if any of the grant money has come back to the area and answer with the process of how the stations get it and avoid the direct answer, know the answer because maybe you will get more of a consideration for a donation towards your charity. Just overall terrible experience, food was decent though but nothing to write home about. Just don't go here if you expect food in a...

Me and my boyfriend love going to Firehouse subs whenever we can, we live close to 35 minutes away though so we don't get to it enjoy it much but when we do we are always pleased. Although, last night we were not so pleased. We drove all the way into Butler just to have dinner because we were both craving it. We got concerned on the way there because there was a strong storm coming through but when we arrived we noticed everyone had power and we saw the workers standing around looking like they were bored and just waiting for customers. Us and another family arrived at the same time and they went to get the door for us and it was locked. We then noticed a small sign saying "Closed due to inclement weather" and it was only 7:30 with rain. The employees were all just standing around not looking like they were closing up or cleaning. The other couple we were with agreed that they all looked like they were just standing around not "closing" up. We were very disappointed after driving all that way. We drove around trying to figure out where else to go and noticed everyone else was open for business. Very disappointed with my...

I hate to leave bad reviews but we ate here the other night and it was closing time we were the only ones in the restaurant they asked us if we mind them sweeping which we didn't oppose the manager on that night was being blatantly rude to his employee that was cleaning correcting him in any way shape or form right in front of us. While he was behind the counter. At this point I'm extremely uncomfortable and upset at the manager and his lack of respect to his employee. Then we got a soup combo and the employee brought us the soup out before the sandwich was ready he was again yelled at right in front of us and corrected that the combo goes out together bring that back right while he was placing it down in front of us. This is were I decided I'm never coming back to this firehouse ever again. To the employee who had to tolerate this disrespectful punk of a manager I have respect for you because I wouldn't of had the time of day to work for someone like that. I love firehouse I love the food I love the cause but this...
