Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Butler Township

Absolutely disgraceful. This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had — and I don’t say that lightly.

First off, the wait. Normally, I get that places are understaffed, but this wasn’t that. There was one guy making the bowls while three others stood in the corner having a full-on hangout session. If you’re getting paid to work, maybe try working?

Then, things got truly disgusting. Someone starts taking the temps of the food — good, right? Nope. One thermometer, jammed into everything from the chicken to the beans to the pico — all with just a lazy napkin wipe in between. Same contaminated probe, over and over. As someone with vegetarian family members, the cross-contamination was next-level gross. My mom was so disturbed she straight-up walked out and got Jersey Mike’s next door.

When we finally did get served, the guy behind the counter acted like doing his literal job was a personal attack. Eye rolls, attitude, zero care — like me asking for rice was ruining his day.

And the guac? That wasn’t guac. That was an avocado crime scene. Huge chunks, skins, full leaves (??), and those weird avocado stem tips — like someone just gave up halfway through. I paid extra for guac, not a compost bin.

This location is an embarrassment...

This is by far the WORST THIEVING restaurant I have ever encountered in my life!!! They deliver through UberEats. 2 times we order from them delivery. First time they forgot my kids fruit and the chips and salsa we ordered that was $8… today though we think maybe they were having a bad day the other time and this would be better. It wasn’t. Wait over an hour later for delivery. Get the food and they didn’t even give my kid anything to put on his ( kids make their own tacos) my kid got nothing to put in his shells!!! Nothing!!! They don’t send the fruit either. They don’t send our $8 guacamole side we paid for. They don’t send our chips and salsa that was $8 we paid for. What an utter rip off!!! Their phone vm is full you can’t contact them! You can’t contact chipotle customer service anywhere. UberEats has no phone support!! You stole $30 from us and left my toddler starving!! You are the worst people. I hope someone does this to you. Ruins your night. Pay $60 for a meal that has 2 items we ordered in it… whoever bought this franchise and placed it in Butler, PA should have your franchisee license revoked. I will wait until after the holidays to let chipotle know what crooks they have ruining their image and...

First of all, if you read one review make it this one. Why was my order ready at 4:10 when my pickup time was 4:20.. it was cold as hell... I have never had any issues with any chipotle within a 500 mile radius until I came to this one. When you see chips and guac on an order, do you think I JUST ordered the guac? Or is there someone holding a gun to your head making you purposefully mess up every order you receive on your little iPad. I understand food service workers but literally why was everything missing? I ordered a burrito that didn't have any meat in it but it had fajita veggies. Not a single bite was a fajita veggie... but they were in the other burrito I ordered. The side of guac was in like 3 cups so something tells me butterfingers over here was not taking his time. There was nobody in there and there was one other order on the pickup shelf. Yall just stop going here I'm being so fr ... until you stop hiring adhd teenagers or give them adderall or something I don't think anybody is going to want to eat here. Again, missing items, food was cold as HELL, and the guy at the window literally just pissed me off I can't...
