Iâm currently going through an experience that I never thought Iâd have to deal with. I leased a refrigerator, and washer and dryer Samsung brand. I love the appliances. Minor things the handle falls off the freezer once a week and everyone on my house knows how to put it back on, no biggie. The issue is I was going to put a load of laundry in the washer lifted the lid as I normally do and I heard what sounded like little beads hit the barrel inside and the floor. I put the lid down and was shocked. The top of the main lid glass had broken into little tiny pieces. It was a weekend and my husband had just had foot surgery was on crutches and I was recovering acl surgery a month before. So I called the store in Cabot AR where we leased it. Talked to Jim That Monday whoâs a long time employee with Aaronâs nice gentleman. I explained what happened he seemed surprised as well. He said in his 20 years of being there that this had NEVER HAPPENED. My question was why would Samsung put real glass on top of the lid of a washer? Anyway he talked w the manager who called Samsung and informed me 3 days later that â He was sorry but that Samsung informed them itâs not covered under the warranty but I had an option. My option was I could let Aaronâs have it repaired they would take the cost of the repair and add it to the end of my lease. Well at tjis tome Iâm frustrated so I pulled my contract. We paid extra for what they call âAaronâs clubâ itâs suppose to cover electronics and appliances as an extra of the manufacturer doesnât. Well I mentioned this to him and he dismissed it and said I would have to talk to the manager Brandon. Well in my experience with Brandon heâs the store manager but doesnât deal with any troubles he passes that on yo Jim. Iâd had delivery drivers who delivered furniture to us tell us that Brandon warmed them before coming out that âyou need to watch that Mrs. Mcminn sheâs a handful?â Well no not a handful just a professional. Iâm a 50 year old retired recruiter and my reputation means everything to me as I was good at what I did. Anyway at this point now Iâve read my contract and Aaronâs club I think is like 13$ a month extra Should cover it. Dealing with that store manager after the things he said about me personally isnât something Iâm willing to do. So I told Mr. Jim yesterday September 15th I would call him back once I had read the contract. The fact is itâs broken. I pay the extra for Aaronâs coverage but no where on there does it say the cost will be on us the customer.    Read moreI recently moved and when my bedroom suite was brought from my new home from the old one I was unable to be there and so I had a friend wait there for them to set it up. That was Wednesday May the 20th . On Tuesday May the 21st I called and told them my bed rail had broken in witch they replied we will have someone call you back about looking at it. Friday May the 22nd I was told someone would be out Saturday to look at it, I waited and finally I called at 130 on Saturday and no one even knew what I was talking about. So they had me send pictures of it to a phone of an employee i did at 1339 on Saturday May 23rd I took and sent the pictures. I didn't hear from anyone on Monday so on Tuesday I called and asked what was going to be done and to my surprise they had no clue what I was even talking about . Again I was told they would have someone come and look at it. So finally on Friday the 29th of May the two guys came and looked at the bed ,then jokingly made fun of my friend who was there when they sat the bed up because of being obese. They say I have to have a new railing and they have to let the manager know to get it fixed. To make this shorter I called all throughout the month of June getting the same story about how they didn't know what I was talking about. Even after on June 10th I sent the photos of my bed to the GM . Finally with no help or relief in sight I told them on June 30th to come pick up my bedroom suite that I've already paid out a lot of money for. I feel this company need to do better about customer service and show some pride. PS I haven't been able to set up my new bed yet because they still haven't came and picked it up. I was supposed to hear from them Monday July 7th nobody called and when I called them I was told the person I needed to speak to was at lunch and would call me back. NEVER...

I'm not able to get straight talk phone to work well with the app and I constantly have been calling them to Tell them about it. I'm going to talk about it later.
