Iām very disappointed with how things are going with this business. I was very excited at first, but that has disappeared with how my experience has been. Not only did we get pushed off to the side on swag day, the guy who āhelpedā us was rude and said we lost. It was advertised that first customer in line at the drive thru and walk up will get free coffee for a year. Only to find out that itās the one and only first customer in line which doesnāt make ANY sense. How do u determine the first customer in line when you have 3 different ways to order. So that to me sounds like the employees CHOSE their winner. The guy who got our order was so rude too and it was the second time that I experienced it with him being rude.
Next the owner who I didnāt get the name but I do have a picture with, decided to honor that year of coffee for the inconvenience of waiting for hours and for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Only to find out it was only 40 free cards so not even a year. After that we got pushed off to the side and felt embarrassed. Next, those cards that was given to me, says Little Rock on it. But I live in Cabot. Which they said they will honor. But when I went through the line one day, they said they can no longer accept the cards. So not only did we get embarrassed at the event, we didnāt get a year, and now canāt use the cards that was given to us. We now have to drive 40 mins out of our way to get free coffee that I got for standing outside and getting bit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't drink coffee & do not like 7 Brew's Chai tea, but my DIL had a #2-off coupon & was 1 drink away from a free drink. So, I used her coupon to order a small hot chocolate & added peppermint. I didn't know that I had to ask for whipped cream but will next time. My order was $1.10. That's a win in my book. Besides not drinking coffee (anytime, anywhere) & not liking their Chai tea, I'm not a fan of not having a drive-thru menu to look at when I order. It's all the way up at the front where your drink is delivered to you. They're efficient in having someone(s) go down the long double line of cars to take orders & speed up the process, but it would be more helpful to have a laminated handout of what's available or signs posted on each side along the drive-thru instead of just at the front. I don't think that they anticipated how much business 7 Brew would take away from Starbucks, but, hopefully, they'll make some additions to help customers know what's available without having to ask the person...

Sometimes wayyyy too bitter, sometimes like straight milk, and sometimes wayyyy too sweet. I don't get it. Nothing has changed about my order....They're usually ok fixing it but today when I told the guy it was wrong he just smiled and handed me a straw and went to wiping cups down for the next order. I told him to please have them add more Caramel in it, he opened it, dumped caramel drizzle in it and handed it back. š¤¦āāļø I'll still be back, I usually love my coffee but somethings different, new staff or new products maybe?
