Maurices — Local services in Cabot

The first time coming into this place was a magical, PAINLESS, experience. I (Sydnie lol!) found the bellbottoms of my dreams without me endlessly searching for a thing . Sydnie came to my aide right away, looking for the exact length of flair I wanted, beating me to every rack that I was trying to look through so I could help her hurry....I’ve worked retail and I know it’s a lame move to come in 14 minutes before closing. That didn’t stop Sydnie from making me slow down (I was rushing to get out of her hair!) to get me a dressing room to make sure. Close to 8 at this point guys, her and a very nice associate, Mallory, asked to see them on, genuinely eager like friends would be, to see how they fit. We all celebrated these pants fitting together, I can’t remember the last time I ever shopped with a friend. I just always go solo. I definitely didn’t feel like I was shopping alone that night. I felt like I was with good friends who genuinely wanted me to have the pants of my dreams ha! She insisted on finding my size in boots to make sure the length was perfect. Plus, found me the cutest pair of semi flair jeans for half off. Even at closing time, making people feel good and fly about themselves comes first in Sydnies book...

I usually like going in the Cabot store but today I walked in and a few seconds later 2 women walked in behind me. Well the saleswoman that was working walked right past me and greeted the ladies behind me and telling them the sales for the day. Didn't say one word to me. Just thought it was a little rude so I didn't even continue to look...

Walked in, worker never greeted me nor even checked on me throughout my shopping experience. 3 others in the store and no one was being helped. This shocked me as I shop at Maurices monthly and have never had a bad experience. This worker should not work...
