My dear friend, who is 87 years old, needed a padlock for her storage unit. We needed some advice concerning the padlocks. My friend went over to this gentleman. She asked nicely, and then, he blatantly avoided her, as he continued helping this other person, which was many years younger than us, a younger woman. This associate, with his cavalier attitude, literally blew us off. I was angered by his attitude for doing this to my dear friend, may I remind you, who is 87 years old. Most importantly, he and everyone else in the store weren't even wearing masks, including the cashiers and associates. We were the only ones were wearing masks, while the Delta and Omicron variants are going around with COVID-19. Anyway, I spoke out loud and said, "He is blowing us off and we can figure this out anyway!" Of which we did. His misogynistic behavior was disgusting. He didn't even respond to us of which I called him out. On the way out, away from the aisle, I looked at him. Anyway, at the checkout counter, the cashier gave my friend, a 25% discount for this padlock as a consolation prize. Stay away and go to the other big box stores, if...

Over priced and rude employees. When asked why are they so much more expensive than other hardware stores they had no answer. Asked about price of a frost free hose bib price for 55$ 12"/1/2" guy said that was cheaper than home depo or Lowe's so i pulled it up on both sites and Amazon all three we're 1-2$ different then each other but $26 cheeper then true value and his response was then go buy them there which is exactly what i did. He then went on to say that it's sad that people would rather buy Amazon or on line than support local businesses in which i replied i would love to spend my money in local businesses but when you are blatantly robbing people you can KMA bud. Would give 0 starts if I could my aunt went and bought a gardening tool there, after 3 days it bent from normal use. She took it back to either get a refund or exchange the item or get credit for it to buy something of better quality and was told she couldn't do either and when asked why, they told her to leave and called the police this place will obviously not honor their 30 day return policy there was no need to call the police she wasn't being hostile she just wanted to know why she couldn't return a defective product or family and friends will never shop here again and will make sure word gets out about this place very unsat and in obvious need of...
