Title: Deeply Concerned About Store Management – Unacceptable Experience
I’ve always admired Versace for its exceptional quality and high level of service, but my recent experience at the Versace Outlet in Camarillo left me extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, this was due to the behavior and attitude of the store manager, Mr. Alex Sierra.
During my visit, Mr. Sierra handled a simple customer matter in a way that was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. Rather than representing the elegance and respect associated with the Versace brand, his tone and demeanor came across as condescending and unhelpful.
What made the situation worse was his complete unwillingness to listen or resolve the issue properly. As a manager, he should set an example for his team and ensure customers feel valued — instead, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
I’m writing this review because I truly believe Versace deserves better leadership at this location. A luxury brand should be represented by someone who embodies professionalism, patience, and class — qualities that were unfortunately missing here.

I reached out to see if it could be repaired even at my own expense because it seemed like a defect. The manager responded that their bags are not guaranteed, which was surprising and honestly quite frustrating given the high price point.
I would understand if this were a $100 bag, but at this level, I expected better durability and at least some level of customer support. For comparison, my Coach bags, which cost significantly less, have held up far better over time.
Disappointed in both the product quality and the...
Read moreHands down the worst Versace store ever, sad! The manager Jared has the worst customer service skills ever displayed by a retail manager. The rude and don’t give a hell a about their customers leads 0 customer retention. Bought a pair of shoes worn 3 maybe 4 times. Sole is coming apart, the manager like at them for 2 seconds max and Saints can’t help you. He had all the paper work and receipts. Surprised by Jared’s lack of skills in his micro customer service tool box..... ......even a hey-go to the website and email here or let me see what I can do and take my information down.
But to be rude and treat you like you purposely made a shoe sole to come apart...... ......sad at best for a manager of a retail store! Lost my business and word of mouth goes far in local...
