Associates were eager to help but sadly they weren't presentable. Extremely wrinkled shirts, and one had a long sleep unbuttoned shirt open very wrinkled in which his whole outfit looked extremely faded and worn out. I'm taking about seriously wrinkled. Just not up to par for the brand. In addition if you see in this picture I have seen several Associates pass by multiple times and not one of them had even thought to pick up trash walking by. There is more trash not pictured. I'm surprised because usually Ralph Lauren has a very high standard regarding their displays and presentation. Also as I am sitting outside the waiting room waiting for someone and watching these associates walk by one came out pointing across the store to tell someone that was looking for a shirt where he can find it. Hi there, I had a horrible experience with them, I spent 1000$ a day before thanksgiving in there just after couple hours I received a 50% off coupon from Ralph Luren but in that moment I had came back home (1 hour and half driving away) , then I called to them to adjusting the prices but the manager ( Paul) told me we can’t do it over the phone and I have to come back to store , I said I have the receipt and payment card and all the information that you need , how come you can’t do it ,and he kept saying that’s impossible, I asked him are you open tomorrow and he said yes, then I hanged up. I was here very often, spent about $1000+ total in the past. If you go in here and and buy what you like and do no need help from the employees, its fine a store. However, if you need assistance, forget it. They do not know how to use measurement tape they have absolutley no training, no nothing about sizes, fits whatsover.
