The service provided by Jahjaira was extremely poor when I first entered the store to retrieve my online order. Upon presenting me with the order, I discovered that one of my charms was missing. She subsequently inserted it into the order. Upon inquiring about the availability of the ghost charm, she informed me that it was sold out. However, another employee present at the time confirmed its availability and so then she proceeded to sell it to me. After I returned to my car, my partner asked to see the charms. Upon opening the box, I found it empty (No Ghost Charm) I promptly returned to the store, where Jahjaira informed me that her inventory indicated that she should have three charms, and that she only had three. She then suggested that she would check the cameras, as if I might be apprehensive and refuse to cooperate. I consented to her request, as she had not provided me with the charm. After a few minutes, she returned and informed me that it would take some time. She then proceeded to give me the charm, which she had previously not given to me. Unfortunately, from the very moment I stepped in, the experience was disappointing. I was greeted in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome ā as if I was being profiled or viewed with suspicion. I was treated almost like a threat or a criminal, which was both shocking and upsetting.
The person who assisted me, Jahjaira (I believe she was the manager), displayed an attitude that was completely unprofessional, especially considering that she was training another employee at the time. Is this really the example a brand like Pandora wants to set?
Given the way I was treated, Iām honestly not surprised by the 3.3 rating this store currently has. If anything, Iām surprised itās not lower.
