Beautiful park and having kids, the playground is awesome especially in the summer. For the caregivers with kids who wander off a lot, it is mostly fenced. There are 2 different structures for older and younger ages, the structure for the younger kids is completely fenced and has the soft rubber flooring. For hot days, there is a sprinkler, also rubber flooring and for the kids too little to handle the pressure of the sprinklers or who just don't enjoy being showered, there is a raised fountain to touch and play with the water. There are shaded picnik tables, monkey bar and exercise stations as well as plenty of grassy area outside the play ground to play games.

This park offers great views of the nearby Zakim Bridge and the Boston skyline. On street metered parking is limited but worth the wait. Bring a picnic lunch - tables available as well! Walking and biking trails as well! Don't...
