They had their staff write good reviews to make them look good ha ha that’s funny when they pick and choose who to help they’re will be some they want to help and some they lie abuse and verbally attack. Used to be a client and they would try to destroy my confidence by telling me things of such like “u don’t look good in that color lipstick” ect. or start fights between peers telling them they heard this person say this that and the third I lost a expensive speaker and all my personal photos from and after getting beat up and neglected and they kept forgetting to buy me groceries like what type of place is this. And not to mention 75% of my income that makes no sense when this is for the disabled I’m medically and physically disabled and I missed so many appointments important ones because the staff said they didn’t feel like bringing me, I refused to pay them so they made me illiegally homeless with no where to go after consistent teasing about an apartment and would randomly lie on legal paperwork to lock me up in the phyc ward. But when I get discharged they can’t pick me up. How are they allowed to do this. and being in 2 of their houses I never seen so many disabled elderly and young people treated so horrible in my life time. They keep no taking down my reviews but imma keep putting them up because this is stuff the world needs to know. Sorry Vinfen but u can’t...

I’m a former employee and most good reviews here are asked to be written by the company….. So let me speak the truth on what’s really happening here…. Managers don’t mange well and it makes job seem unfair! Program directors place a lot of personal issues, beliefs, and personal preferences ahead of what is right or fair. They don’t care what suggestions or concerns residential counselors have are , it’s as if they don’t matter compare to managers despite counselors being the ones spending the most time with clients. Lack of growth with the clients…Also staff can be unwelcoming and not much team work going on! Best thing about the job is the clients and laid back...

After you send an application for Vinfen you will get asked to do a phone screening to see if your a match for the company . I been playing cat and mouse with Zachary Burl who’s a complete rude moron let me tell you . He can’t even send a courtesy email if he forgets to call you for your interview .HE missed 3 appointments I scheduled on his google calendar , He can’t even email or return my voice mails asking if I should reschedule even though he’s not calling me . Anyways I’m no longer interested he wasted my time long enough . I hope no one gets to do a phone screening with him . Again...
