I received a beautiful wooden travel mug as a gift from a friend that was in town for a wedding. After about a month with it I tried to disassemble the sliding lid for cleaning only to discover that the top and bottom parts were (supposed to be) permanently glued together. Not knowing what else to do I called them to see if I could get a replacement. After a callback from the owner I was told that they had reached out to the manufacturer and that a replacement was being sent free of charge. Can't thank them enough for doing this as I my collection of lid-less travel mugs is already taking up too much space in my kitchen. I knew I had a space in my kitchen that needed some decor and I was able to send her pictures when I got home with measurements. She worked with me from the shop, measuring items and arranging them in photos so I could imagine them in my space. In the end, I chose five beautiful pieces, some very large, and she shipped them to me without any breakage! Very well packaged and fast shipping. Thank you Liz and staff!
