Apr. 7, 2024 --- a problem. Allowing dogs who can easily carry disease spreading ticks and fleas inside is no good. Feb. 24, 2024 --- Zoots has several attributes but there's one thing that's a real turn-off and that's the frequent presence of dogs. Selfish dog owners often bring their pooch into the restaurant. Since ticks can carry terrible Lyme disease and can often hitch a ride on a passing dog, the presence of dogs loitering inside the restaurant is very unpleasant. Apparently, the Zoot staff doesn't care about the safety of customers with respect to dogs inside their restaurant as they never ask the dog owners to remove their dogs which is too bad. Nov. 6 2023 --- Zoots: many Camdeners are health conscious. Will you please get organic coffee? Thanks. Pros - location in Camden is prime. Cons - portions of their limited baked food selection are tiny and therefore overpriced. Staff are not rude but seldom are they friendly, either. The ambient noise level ranges from moderate to high. Staff rarely clean tables.

For a place that is so constantly busy the service is always prompt, especially given the volume that zoot sees. After my first couple of visits the awesome staff remembered my order, and the coffee, without reservation is the best around. It breaks my heart to see that some folks just passing through can’t appreciate how lucky the community is to have this coffee shop. I’ve witnessed some REALLY RUDE behavior from CUSTOMERS who don't seem to understand just how hard the staff works. The staff at zoot is a bunch of saints and I do not take lightly how challenging that job is. Thank you for constantly delivering outstanding service in what must feel like an often thankless job.
