I was parking my hot rod in front of Redemption when out walked this cool cat. We started talking muscle cars. After about 15 min of conversation I asked his name. He said his name is David and that he and his bride owned the shop. I asked him what he sold? He said everthing in the store is made right here in CA. (Not the whole U.S.A. but just CA!) They sell lots of wemon stuff there (wifey loved it ) as well as some very cool lights (see pics) I got to say I really,really liked the almond scented hand cream as well as the grapefruit scented hand cream (all natural ) (just please don't tell my friends as the think that I only use grease for hand cream ) Wifey walked out with natural lip balm and we are going to order a copper chain necklace for one of her necklace thingy's. Cute shop with lots of nice items. But returning policy is very bad. Bought pants wore and washed it once. After that two seams had lots of holes on the stitches. Even it was obviously broken they did not return. Too bad... but I won‘t come back. The manager showed no goodwill to keep a customer and find a solution satisfying both. Honestly was not rewarded. Next time I won‘t tell that is has been washed...

Answer: If the holes are part of the stitching where the needles puncture the fabric then they must be on every seam. But they are only on two seams. Anyway... specially as a small business under thousands of big and online stores I was wishing getting a special service which makes all satisfy. I wish there a redemption in every downtown in the bay area. Every time I shop at Redemption I am greeted by amazing people, who take the time to help me shop. I have a hard time shopping anywhere else now! You can tell that everything is made with love and care. My closet is filled with clothing from Redemption (everything is so soft!). Recently, I started following them on instagram. I love how they are a part of the community, and how they invest in local causes. When I reach out over instagram to ask about a product, or simply say hello, one of the owners always responds.
