I got there at this store at 4.35 after my work at this store to upgrade my phone in person, Hector Mendoza who calls himself as manager here he entered my name on his I pad and asked what brings you here. I told me that it may take 30-35 minutes and you are next, He check in two other people after me, he offer his Mexican customer to sit not me. After the employee who finished with his customer came to me and asked for my name, after giving him my name he went inside where Manager room and came back he told me itâs going to take another ten minutes and he went to the customer who came after me. I was totally ignored by the manager and the employee. It was 5.05 pm and still no help, They did not ask what model not even my phone number for their record. Again one customer who was speaking Spanish, Manager Hector Mendoza went and greeted him nicely asked him for his Nombre and his name.
Honesty, the first time after being in America for 8 years and worked in retail store for 6 years I felt that I have been discriminated against my race and my look and first time I ever wrote bad review against the any store.
Lastly when he was attending to another customer before giving him the wait time, he asked Are you gonna wait or leave. After hearing this from him, I simply said you are being racist. I can't believe he actually said Thank you.
HECTOR was rude, disrespectful, AND he doesnât go by their check in list that they do!!!!!
âTHIS STORE EMPLOYEE ONLY ATTEND PEOPLE THEY WANT AND KNOWâ
Management should get people from DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS to work together. Fyi, I am not complaining about T- mobile services...

I was working with the Union Store because my phone broke 2 months ago. They initiated 3 different warranty exchanges and I have called into the store every Wednesday and visited the store every weekend. Phones never arrived.
Upon my last visit, the workers could not determine if the manager did not show up or if she was off that day. After trying to reason with them for 2 hours, I went to Hamilton branch to speak to a manager. I was greeted by the Asst. Manager (Kayla) whom instructed me that all I could do was wait ("I really wish I could do something, but I just really can't. Like even if I wanted to"- Kayla's answer). I told her that I have been waiting for 2 months and that hasn't solved the problem. I asked to speak with her supervisor, "Bobo", whom informed me that there was nothing they could do and I was going to have to wait. He certainly did not care about my situation and was annoyed that he had to "deal with me". Apparently waiting for a warranty phone is the ONLY OPTION he was willing to make at the expense of an existing user.
This branch, if not company, does not care about existing customers. Their only, ONLY, reason for having a store open is to endlessly add new subscribers. I can tell you, that when I was paying almost double at Verizon, they were always quick to come to any solution it took to make the customer satisfied.
I have also filed a compliant with the BBB Better Bureau of Business about the breach in Warranty and waiting...
Read moreI had trouble getting an e-sim set up on my phone. I had already not had phone service for 24 hours because of the issue. Johnny was friendly and did his best to help me, but the e-sim still could not activate despite him trying and also asking for extra technical support on the phone for about 30 minutes. I greatly appreciate his effort. He told me that the Apple Store could run a diagnostic test in case my phone antenna was having a problem, so I went there. The diagnostic test - which included having to factory reset my phone - was run, and it showed no issues. At this point, I felt like I was running out of options. I went back to this T-mobile store. I was hoping Johnny was back, but his manager saw us instead and accused me of buying a stolen phone despite me explaining the situation. He told us he couldnât do anything, and it was the phoneâs issue even though I told him already that Apple ran all tests without issue. He did not even end up touching the phone once to see if he could help. If you want to go to this store, ask for Johnny to help you. His manager was entirely...
