We are new to the area and asked for recommendations for catering for our son's baptism. Many people recommended Vassel's Main Street Catering and for good reason. The food was absolutely delicious and all of our family asked where we got the food. But more importantly, I was blown away by the way that Darren conducted his business. He was responsive, accommodating, helpful, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He always answered the phone, got back to me when he said he would (with an estimate and all the details), and was personable! He could hear my kids in the background and was so kind to ask me about them and how we were liking the area. The worker who came to set up was on time, smiling, and patient with all of our questions. When we returned the pans, my kids fell asleep in the car and when I called a worker came out to help get them from my car so I didn't even have to wake them.

We had the pleasure of using Vassel's Main Street Catering at our daughter's high school grad party this past summer. The food was absolutely sensational. We received many comments from our guests that the food was exceptional and not the food you typically experience at a grad party because the flavor was amazing. The service was spectacular. The staff was pleasant, they demonstrated initiation and filled trays with food, re-stocked napkins and cleaned up tables. I mention this because the company we used for our older daughter's grad party did not assist with clean up, re-stocking of paper products or utensils, nor re-fill food dishes on the display table, despite paying in advance for this service. Great catering! Vassels has provided amazing breakfast and lunch spreads for our corporate events which our employees and visitors enjoyed. A large menu is available with a nice variety and more than enough options to choose from. I appreciated the recommendations and suggestions that were offered as it made ordering easy. Vassels was prompt with all deliveries, in our company's case both the morning and lunch catering arrived hot and ready to serve, and the portions were sized right for everyone.
