Aha Biryanis - Canton — Restaurant in Canton Township

The most inconsistent place with varying levels of food ( good/average to ugly) quality within few weeks causing stomach upsets. Ordered take out goat haleem, pepper chicken, fry piece biryani and 4 who ate had stomach upsets.

Goat haleem: This is filled with lenthils and powders, there is no goat at all, no fried onion. I ordered same thing 2 weeks ago and it was decent.

Chicken pepper fry: I get chicken with too much of corn starch and this is mixed in some sauce.They have no clue what pepper chicken means. It looked to me like they took some other chicken apptizer variety and sprinkled little bit pepper powder. Smart way of doing business for to go customers since to go customers cant ask any questions.

Chicken fry piece biryani: the way the fry piece chicken biryani looks and tastes absolutely changed from when the restaurant started to now.

All 4 people who tasted these varieties complained. I can clearly see no quality is monitored and they can throw whatever they want into to go boxes.

Genuinely hands down the best place I have been in Michigan when it comes down to eating Indian food. I had the eggplant biryani. Let me just say, WOW! The flavor bomb in my mouth. Flavors everywhere. It felt like I was in southern India trying one of the best authentic food in town! The somosa was incredible soft non oily & flovorsome. The sauces were so well made. The ghobi Manchurian was excellent. I didn’t expect so much excellency all together. I was mind blown. It just kept getting better & better. I genuinely loved every last bite & keep in mind I travel to eat so once again hands down AHA BIRYANI IS THE PLACE TO EAT IF YOU WANT TO TASTE LOVE ON A PLATTER 🫶🏼😩❤️ Also just to say the amount of food was extremely generous Don’t get me started on the mouth watering lassi. It’s fresh mangos in a aha biryani bottle. Yummy and perfect. the host was so kind & explained the food and recommended the eggplant biryani with cashews in it. Again. WOW 🤯 So there’s definitely a food flavor trust 😂🥇🥂 thank you...

These guys have ruined our gathering party ..we ordered food for our party and the food they delivered is stale and burnt ..the biryani smelled very bad ..for sure it’s made at least 2 days back ..the starter is burnt out as seen in the pic …I have spent $300 and extremely disappointed with the quality of food ..I have invited guests and seeing them disappointed with food is a very bad experience…I called them on the same day and informed they said they’ll check with the cook and get back but they never got back to me..not even an apology. if you guys want to make a quick buck maybe this is your way but it’s not going to help you long ..you just lost a customer and everyone at the party got to know the quality of your food. I have been a long time customer of you guys and placed this order but I’ve realized that I’m never going to order anything...
