I got a sew in. She told me don't wash it, it'll only last 2 months and I was suspicious of the hair she provided. I drove an hour to the shop paid 280$ and was so disappointed I have to literally pay somebody to remove the hair. My part ain't right, it shows the thread, my closure lifted, everything shifted back by day two I cannot show my forehead at all for fear of being thoroughly embarrassed. I got my hair done because I'm so depressed that I thought looking nice would help me get out of bed and I was cheated. She told me I'm not supposed to move my hair at all and it's supposed to have a tore up hairline. I'm so upset that I look so awful I literally have to drive hours away to get this fixed plus spend 300$ plus to fix it. She should be ashamed of herself! I'm barely hanging onto life and you basically take from me. I have to walk around wit the knowledge that I've been cheated once again n Im the one crying! I have been getting my hair done by Charlotte and her family for YEARS now. I literally won’t go anywhere else. She is so FAST, the work is INCREDIBLE, and she’s really sweet!!!! I’ve had everything from box braids to just braided down for wigs and they last for AGES. When I used to get braids I received compliments every day - her offered hair colors are so BEAUTIFUL! 1st I was referred to this salon and I am very glad I decided to invest my money. Now where do I start…I have very short hair and I requested micro braids. When I walked into my 9:30am appt. on March 31, 2018 I was greeted by everyone in the salon. I met Charlotte (owner) what a warm and inviting personality.
