This place is junk. To begin with, the food is the absolute worst quality. The only consideration put into menu items were what can be bought for the absolute minimum price. Of course, only things that can be put in a microwave and kept under a heat lamp. Which, no thought is given to removing stuff from the heat lamps each night. Everything is sold regardless of quality or age.
Parking is a joke. They will sell you a ticket for a space for events that span multiple days. Of course, charging a premium price. But they don't care how many tickets they sell, even if it means more cars than they can hold. I've done several of these events only to have to park somewhere else because the parking deck is full. And they will close access to the parking deck because they don't want to hire someone to sit in the booth. A hell of a scam!
The elevators are junk as well. They will stop working because you hold the door open for people. No seriously.. it stops working and they put up instructions to not hold the doors open. When I brought up the problems with the elevators to the staff they informed me that the elevators were installed in 1974, implying they were old. "What do you expect," I was asked. To which I responded that I expected...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've had at a venu and waste of money. Whatever you do, don't get seats 14 and 15 on the top row. You will have a massive support beam blocking your entire view. If you sit on the edge of your seat and lean all the way forward so your head is between the people in front of you, you can see half of the stage. Why would this venue sell tickets for these seats other than to just make money? I paid 200.00 to see nothing!!! After an hour of blocking the view of the people next to us and a stiff back from leaning as far forward as we could, we went to find somebody (took 40min) and we ended up standing in front of the doors to try and watch the show. There weren't any ushers to show us our seats, and there were so many people in the wrong seats and wandering around after the lights went out trying to find seats. Parking and traffic was a nightmare, and we got there an hour early. We had to park about a quarter mile away and walked in. This was my first time there and I promise it will...
Read moreMy mom and aunt have left reviews but I traveled all the way from Florida to see the gospel artists Cece Winans. Maybe y'all do things differently in Ohio, but I have never come to a concert unless it band or choir type to sit down. We were harassed by first a woman who asked if we could sit down the whole time. We politely told her we would be mindful but it's a concert and we would likely stand at some point. That was not enough for her because she sent a man to come in my mom's face and argue while she stood back and watched. This man was yelling and calling names claiming it was a Christian concert.
My mom went to get staff but none of them would come up and address the situation. Even he volunteers stated there was nothing they could do. To is it was safety because even when my mom suggested they go and talk to staff to see if they can change their seats the man staff stated he would not be doing that and kept arguing. Even when we asked him to leave he would not. He just kept arguing. That's when our safety...
