Slow... very slow... poor service... quality product... good value. It depends on what is important to you in recommending this place. We were looking for a place to do the lettering on my son’s letterman jacket. We bought the jacket through Amazon and planned for someone else do the lettering and patchwork. When shopping around Dumont’s was hands down the best price. By hundreds of dollars. As other reviewers have said, the lower price here means poor service. I was told three weeks- but the fella said it would be closer to two. It turned out to be four weeks. They put the wrong mascot patch on the jacket- we were very specific in describing what we wanted, even showed pictures etc. I was told they would replace the patch and would switch them while we waited. The correct patch was made, quickly which was a surprise! I brought the jacket to the store and the very friendly clerk said “we will have it ready tomorrow!” Evidently the person I spoke to on the phone did not communicate the “switch while we wait promise”. The clerk fumbled to the back and reappeared a few minutes later- “she is attaching that now”. And 20 minutes later it was done. Not one time was an offer made to give additional discounts, or something to pay for the time spent. Not even an apology for the oversight. So if you don’t care about service then go...

Dumonts give very good service ,very attentive great suggestions, very helpful. I get our reunion shirts printed there, have never been disappointed in the service. They work with you with the pricing and the quality of work is impeccable. I don't even consider going anyplace else when I have a job to be done because I know I can depend on them to give me exactly...

Placed an order for basketball uniforms, which where supposed to be delivered in 21 days, however we are approaching week 9 and still no ETA. Kevin says he will call back with information but never calls back and when we call him again and again he NEVER has any new information.

Horrible...
