I highly suggest rethink their decision of making orders. our order was to be picked up at 5:10 p.m. on Friday sept 26, 2025 it is now 5:45 p.m. we just now got acknowledged that we were even sitting at the window for the order. This wasn't the first time trying to order. The 1st order was to be delivered which didn't get delivered. My son and his girlfriend walked up there to get threatened with the cops cause they asked where their order was and to reimburse the delivery fee since they walked over there. They canceled the order. I went up there sat there 45 min before acknowledged by one kid a teenager I believe never came back after they asked what the name was on order then turned around when asked for the second time by some older adult female what the name was on the order I enlightened her and informed her this was the 2nd time we had been asked whose name was on the order and that we had been sitting there for 45 minutes she then wanted to argue with me that I was wrong that they were right and I said the man that is not true we've been up here and she said well you came here before the order was ready I said the app stated it was ready at 5:10 we came up there a couple minutes after and you didn't even acknowledge this for 45 minutes she slammed the window the drive-thru window on us and said well we're canceling the order then a third lady an older lady that had a shirt on that says that she was allergic to stupidity which is funny and ironic because they're the ones that had the stupidity then asked what the name was on the order I said my son's name and I said this is like the third time we've asked for this order and we've been sitting here for 45 minutes she said she wasn't aware of the order name the first lady that slammed the window on us and said she was canceling the order then turn around came to the window started arguing again slammed the window again on us and told us that she was canceling it the second lady which is the older lady with the gray hair turned around and started yelling at us going back and forth about she's going to cancel the order not to come back here again I said oh that's not a problem we will not be coming back here again. We then get home and the order isn't even correct and apparently they don't want to refund money. As a business they don't wear business shirts to know who's there it looks like a bunch of Yahoo family members I have no clue they look like to be a three or four year old child in there being carried around the food I believe that is Health violations yeah nobody had gloves on no hair nets around the food and a couple of the females that I could see visually had long hair or medium length hair and ponytails there was a gentleman that went to a car that had pulled up behind us wasn't even there 10 minutes we're able to get their food but by the time we got our food it was lukewarm and items were missing out of the order and whoever the owner is this Dave apparently nobody knows how to get a hold of the owner. You can't make a complaint through the manager at the store because it looks like they're all in cahoots together because they all got the same attitude when you make a complaint about your food not being made on time or picked up on time or delivered on time or deliver it even adequately hot without stuff missing in it. You can't even make an actual complaint to because only probably get the cops called on you for making a complaint because apparently nowadays businesses are always right, the customers are always wrong and if you raise your voice oh you're being aggressive and we're going to cancel your order and we're going to call the cops on you. I'll never use that place never ever and hopefully nobody else does especially when little kids are in there you never know if they got a cold or a snotty nose no gloves on no hair nets nobody's got a business shirt on I mean you want to talk about a low low class business. it just keeps changing business owners and I wonder why...This business doesn't even deserve a 1...
Read moreYour Pizza used to have good food. I used to order their hot wings and Pizza and had them delivered. About 12 or so years ago I placed an order and asked that my wing sauce be put on the side. After it was delivered I opened it and they had forgotten to send sauce for the wings. I called them and was told that it's my fault for not opening it up and checking while the delivery driver was still at my house and they refused to bring any back. Who wants hot wings with no sauce and what kind of restaurant blames the customer for their screw up? I never ordered from them again until this past year. Once was a pizza, which barely had any sauce or cheese and the second time was broasted chicken. I order white meat because I don't like it to have a slimy texture. It was undercooked and the skin wasn't crispy. The broasted chicken and jojo's at Fisher's Foods deli is by far better than what I got at Your Pizza Shop, which they should be very embarrassed about.

Read moreSpent $60 ordered two large pizzas and two 8 piece chicken, when we first opened the boxes, I kinda ignored the smell because the chicken didn’t look burnt, but as I ate a piece of chicken, it definitely taste burnt so therefore the grease was Old or burnt so I called in the next day because we got our order the night before really late and I told them about our order. He told me that he was the assistant manager and I said OK and I continue to explain to him about the order he cut me off while I was trying to explain to him our situation and he was very rude. I let him say what he had to say then I proceeded to finished my explanation about just really to only tell him I didn’t want a refund. We just wanted to get new fresh chicken and I would bring it in. He still continue to be rude so I hung up on him. I am giving one star because as a manager when somebody is explaining to you their situation it is for you to hear And listen and then come with your rapport not to be rude and the fact that the chicken definitely taste burnt and I wasn’t the only one who agreed to that.
