I walked in not knowing what I was looking for but i knew it needed to be special I want to give a huge thanks to Melissa Scott she not only helped me find the perfect ring for my gorgeous fiancé that absolutely adores the engagement ring! Melissa was super caring, shared her opinions which I valued. It really helped me make the right call. Also She is super easy to work with and friendly. The whole time she kept my budget in mind! The whole step of the way she had great communication. We love Julz!! My husband and I started going to Julz when we received an heirloom ring before we got engaged. My husband worked with Alan and the staff to take parts of the ring and customize it into my current engagement ring, which is absolutely gorgeous, might I add. We custom made both of our wedding bands with them, and worked with Jodie and other staff members to make exactly what we were looking for in the price range we wanted. They never pushed us to spend more than we wanted to, and did whatever they could to find the style we were searching for. Every piece of jewelry we have had customized or purchased from Julz is top quality and absolutely stunning. I have several friends who purchased their engagement rings/wedding bands from corporate chain jewelry stores and have had problem after problem with the piece of jewelry and the customer service. You will never have that problem when you go to Julz!! Every visit, they always make sure our jewelry is cleaned and in good condition, and treat us as family. On top of excellent service, they have the best selection of jewelry I have seen at any jeweler in the Canton or Akron area. They can also custom make just about anything you dream of.
