My iPhone fell out of my pocket and hit the pavement. BAMN! As many times as I drop it I assumed it would be ok. It wasn’t. Cracked screen that progressively got worse.

So I’m working and pass Downtown Wireless and checked their Google reviews which were the best I read for affordability and quality phone screen repair.

They gave me a price. Quoted 30 minutes but had it changed out and perfect within about 15 minutes.

It’s very well done. You cannot tell it was replaced at all and they’re kind and nice people too. They even saved me from running down the road and told me about the Check and Deli next door and their drink selection. I went for the All natural Peach Snapple.

Recently I took my Google 3XL in to have a screen replaced. They attempted to do the repair however the screen they had in stock was defective and the had to order one which would come in the next day. Ok, not a big deal I thought I would be without my phone for a day. I was wrong, they provided me a loaner phone (same number) during the time they had my phone for repair. This offer just blew my mind and exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I would recommend Downtown Wireless hands down. If I ever need another screen replacement or any repair to my phone, I will be going to the Downtown Wireless team. Had my Samsung A25 LCD screen completely shatter, rendering it entirely useless. Called Downtown Wireless up, told 'em my issue and phone, and within two hours my screen was effectively brand-new. If I recall, the fella running the register also said something about a warranty, but I can't remember exactly. Regardless, it was relatively cheap, very quick for an entire screen replacement and the clerk was very down-to-earth.
