Towne Manor Motel — Hotel in Canton

I have been here for over a month with my boyfriend. This is where we’re staying while we’re looking for another place and yes, theres rules but it is A very nice motel the rules are there for a reason to keep out the nonsense that used to come here. The manager is super understanding and will definitely give you a chance and his daughter is absolutely amazing. She will do whatever she can to make her stay easier every day housekeeping comes and gives you toilet paper. Take your trash out and gives you new towels. They will vacuum before if needed scrub out your bathtub if needed they’re very nice and personable as well. You can’t beat the price and the rooms are nice. I’ve been here for five weeks and have not seen a single bug. You just have to keep your room clean and act like an adult and you’ll be perfectly fine. Can’t say enough good things about the motel. Definitely give it a chance if you need somewhere cheap to stay that’s clean...

Very rude management and they have some ridiculous rules no visitors in or out of the rooms the lady manager is a very rude person she told me she doesn't expect 1 dollor bills I lost my key card and I tried to pay for a new card and she said she'll be there in a little bit I had to call the cops in order to get a key the lady manager came around and told everybody that we couldn't sit outside because they were having trouble with one of the guests instead of instead of eating with the guests that they have problems with they punished everybody that I'd run into place I had $180 to...

The room absolutely was not "newly renovated" as the staff claimed, also they have a sign requiring paperwork for service dogs, that is ILLEGAL. legally you are not allowed to request much less require paperwork as per the ADA. A lot of people who book hotels are traveling, as requiring paperwork is illegal I imagine a lot of people leave that at home.
