After a planned home birth, my son had to be born via c section because he came in asynclitic (head cocked to one side) and was in this position for over 12 hours of labor. Day two after birth he cried all night long. By two weeks we were at our wits end. It had gotten progressively worse. He cried day and night, screaming until he wore himself out. We saw a cranial sacral therapist who, after working with him suggested that he see a pediatric chiropractor for his neck. We were hesitant about taking such a young baby for neck work, but something needed to be done. We found Mrs. Kaitie Franklin and she got us in right away. Sure enough, C1 and c2 were out in his neck and the muscles were inflamed. After the first visit he slept all day. Staff is incompetent and incredibly rude. My husband, new born, and I got into a car wreck and were seeking their assistance to feel better, but they treated us incredibly rude when asking for information that our car insurance was asking for. We requested massage notes, which they stated we would get after every therapeutic massage, yet we never got. We requested a super bill, which their front desk assistant stated we needed a recommendation letter from our chiropractor and then changed her mind and said we needed a medical code, but then determined they don’t do super bills. We kept getting the run-around for a whole month with everyone giving us different information and despite always being kind to them they emailed us stating we needed to find a different care provider. Dr. Kaitie has been an integral part of our "family" since my, now three-year-old, son was about 3 or 4 months old. He was on the verge of Plagiocephaly, but we avoided an infant cranial helmet through regular chiropractic visits over the first two years of his life. He loves going to see her and I love that she is outstanding in her knowledge and practice of Chiropractic Medicine, but she is also kind and works specifically to meet each of her patient's needs.
