Love it! A favorite spot to bring guests when they come to visit. There is something for everyone. They have many stands selling FRESH fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. The produce is better than any grocery store. Fantastic clothing vendors. Many jewelry stands with handmade jewelry using shells and gemstones. A ton of different food trucks and snacks that you can chomp on whole shopping. They even have an area where you can sit and eat plates of delicious foods from different cultures. I ALWAYS buy soaps and lotions from one particular vendor for years now. Most vendors have been at this market for years so you know that you'll be able to buy a favorite item again from the same vendor. Another favorite is the olive oil & vinegar stand. The owners import the most delicious oils, vinegars & olives from Puglia Italy. They also sell fresh breads that you can taste and dip into a variety of oils and vinegars. Not to mention beautiful seafood, meats, baked goods. Too much to mention in this review. Very dog and family friendly. Visiting the farmers market is part of my Saturday morning routine! Once you go there you'll be hooked! It's a must go weekly event from October...
Read moreThe Cape Coral Farmers Market, run by the wonderful Claudia, is hands down one of the best weekend experiences around! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the friendly, welcoming vibe she has helped create.
A must-stop is Gina’s Food Stand, where Frank and Cesar serve up absolutely terrific tacos — seriously, they are next level. Fresh, flavorful, and packed with love, it’s impossible to eat just one (trust me, I tried).
Then there’s the cold brew at Jimmy’s Java — wow. It’s perfectly bold, smooth, and insanely refreshing, just what you need to keep the market stroll going strong. Plus, the barista, Reed, is not only super cute but also an absolute pleasure to talk to — friendly, funny, and full of great coffee recommendations!
I couldn’t leave without picking up something for my fur babies — Top Dog Kitchen had the perfect find: chicken breast chips dog treats. Mylo, Bailey, and Jack went crazy for them! They’re clearly made with high-quality ingredients and lots of care.
Claudia and all the vendors create such a special, vibrant atmosphere — it’s a can’t-miss Saturday adventure. Cape Coral Farmers Market truly feels like a little slice...
Read moreLots of great veggie stands and an abundance of vendors demonstrating healing creams and kitchen gadgets. A few artists and musicians set the lighthearted mood.
But the biggest smiles are for the dogs. Big dogs, tiny things that don't seem real, giant guardians lying peacefully at vendors' feet, posh pampered purebreeds in strollers and fancy toy cars, and the graceful, grateful greyhounds rescued from the track.
A trio of volunteers call for "just a dollar for the dogs" raising funds for a new animal shelter. Nervous pup parents pray this will be the week this experiment in socializing succeeds. Confident canines trot through the lines greeting their new admirers, enjoying every smile, pat and free snack. They slurp from supersized waterbowls at nearly every tent and end the adventure with homemade treats from two dog bakeries or the pet fashion house.
Humans choose from vegan donuts, fresh bagels, omelette stations, food trucks, two full bakeries and a single...
