All and all a good bunch of people. My son has had three saxophones. Everything has been good until now. What has turned into a simple changing of a pad or two, fixing springs etc, and being done on time till now. It it going to be three weeks now they have had my sons instrument. The lost it, then found it, forgot to bring it to the store for pick up. Was told it would be delivered today. We'll it still sits in Cape and my Son does without. Band camp came and went. No sax! I am a huge fan of Shivelbines. The nostalgia it brings always brightens my day. It has kept up with the times, but has still managed to remain the same Shivelbines that I can remember from my young childhood. Bringing my son in to get his first saxophone was an experience that was special to both of us, and the staff was amazing.
