it is honestly really disappointing to see a company deleting reviews, but a small business especially is simply a bad look overall. since they felt the need to delete my initial review, rather than take accountability for their god awful customer service…i will repost my initial review from september 8, 2025:

came here to visit with some friends and one of them wanted to try on a pair of pants that were on display. there wasn't anything other than a size Xs on the mannequin, and the sales associate (an older woman with blonde hair and black eyeliner) made an extremely snarky and honestly disturbing comment to my friend saying "oh those are an extra small, they won't fit you". my friend is between a small and a medium and hadn't had the CHANCE to tell her what size she was looking for. she never asked for the pants off the mannequin either. this woman just took the time out of her day to make a really disgusting comment to someone who was about to spend $300 at their store. i am extremely disappointed, as i have been coming here to shop for YEARS and wanted to show my friends a cool new place. instead she left crying because she was body shamed for absolutely no reason. we will not be returning...

I have never left a review in my life. I walked into this beautiful store and it was immediately strange to me that the employees did not give so much as a smile, let alone greet any customers. We were in a practically empty store I should mention. It was not busy at all. I thought: let’s stick it through they have cute stuff, plus i was ready to spend 500$ or more on my sisters birthday. This experience and business was taken elsewhere when we picked up a pair of stripe pants off the rack. All I said was they were cute. They happened to be an XS. i am only one size up from that for context. The employee took the opportunity to FINALLY acknowledge us with a LAUGH and a horribly rude comment, scoffed and went back to her silent staring at the phone. Take your business to the fabulous boutiques with great service all over town!!!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! So glad we immediately went to the gorgeous Cash and Clive boutique afterwards with amazing service and...

If I were to write the lengthy story of my the purchase of my engagement ring on this review, 1) it would be too long, 2) no one would believe me because it was a true fairy tale. With that said, this is my go to place for all things fancy and one of a kind. If you've never bought estate, you don't know what your missing- the value is beyond compare and the pieces are exceptionally unique.
