Bath Time — Local services in Cape May

Terrible customer service. I smelled some lotion when I was in the store. It smelled nice so I bought it. I took it home and it smelled very different on me and was extremely runny. It seemed to either be watered down or old. It smelled as though it was old as well. I looked at the receipt and according to their policy, they take returns unless it is a special order. This was NOT. There were 3 different attendants. One was about to return the product but the second attendant said they don’t take returns. The third came into the mix and said she would not accept returns due to COVID. If you have a no return policy, please display this at your checkout or at least on the receipt. Basically, they just didn’t want to make the return, made up 2 different reasons why they wouldn’t return it and were extremely rude. Purchase...

I don't usually write reviews but the employees here are so rude that I felt the need to. I was shopping here with my young children. They got excited when they saw the rubber ducks in the window so they grabbed one when we walked one. As my son was grabbing a duck from the bathtub they were in, another one accidently fell out. The employee sighed, rolled his eyes and was very rude about the situation. It was a rubber duck. It wasn't anything expensive or fragile but the employee made such a big deal about it, we left right away. I had every intention of supporting this small business and buying something but now I won't be back. A piece of advice for the owner, if you don't want to attract small children into your store, you shouldn't put jumbo rubber ducks in your...

This place is lovely! When I entered is was very busy so I decided to try again before leaving Cape May. I went back a few hours later and was able to take my time browsing. I was interested in hearing about how the Fragrance Blending Bar worked so the woman at the front brought me back to the gentleman who handles this. When she told him I had questions his reaction very blatantly showed he was annoyed and couldn't be bothered. He gave me a brief summary and because of the fact I was bothering him I left without getting anything. I was very disappointed as I was planning on buying specialized lotions and soaps for myself and my daughters. Would have given 5 stars on the store alone but I cannot overlook the customer...
