We've been to a few Olive Gardens and this location was overall pretty good. Service was the slowest I've ever experienced but the waiter was at least nice and apologetic about it so not a big deal for us. We had the Fagioli soup which is normally our favorite but we both found it was too watery and didn't taste the same as we typically get. We had a second soup this time one of us took the Toscana and the other the chicken one. Both of these we thought were better. The breadsticks were probably some of the best we've had when comparing other locations. For the mains we had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and the tour of Italy with meat sauce for the linguini instead of Alfredo sauce. Both of the main dishes were excellent and had large portions.

This was my first experience with the chain restaurant. The location is fairly convenient, the staff was largely pleasant, and the interior was nice, if cramped. However, the food was sub-par. The breadsticks were chewy and over-salted, the soup was bland, the parmesan zucchini was undercooked and saturated with oil, and the two different chicken dishes (both Margherita and Piccata) that we tried were largely bland (and barely tasted different from one another). I don't see myself coming here again in the future.

We went on Mother's Day, but we got in right away, so that was great. It was very cold. It was sorta spendy, but I understand they'd have to keep the portions on the small side because I got a low-calorie option. The salmon piccata was delicious, but there could've been more vegetables (three slices of zucchini). Our waitress was fabulous, and definitely got this place another star. The drinks were good, too.

Negative stars if possible, Ive been coming here for a while now for food and drinks, my partner and i are both adults keep in mind. They usually check our ids like they did tonight but this time they only checked my partners and proceeded to serve our drink. 20mins go by when all of a sudden Shirley the manager approaches our table after we almost finish our drink and dinner, she disrupts our dinner and demands both ids again, thats when I realized i didn't have my bag with me and couldn't provide my id, thats when Shirley threatened me and my partner that herself and waiter will be watching us and couldn't share the drink anymore, Since we were sharing 1 drink for the reason that we drove there my partner didn't want to drink it all without me because it was a lot. So we decided to stop drinking it and wanted to take it home for later. When we asked to take it to go they refuse to give a cup for the drink we paid for and threatened us to take it away if i took a sip because my partner couldn't drink it all. I asked for a refund because my partner was driving and he couldn't drink it all and they refused to refund as well!! Definitely not feeling them after this and ALL OVER 1 drink!!! They all looked goofy trying to educate us on why they couldn't give us...

Extremely extremely disappointed. I was completely shocked that the staffs are NOT trained properly. We had a touchy-feely server. Nice, but all talk no action. We did not received our soup and salad. The main dish arrived already. Five minutes later our server came with our soup and salad. At this time I was already completely disappointed and I’m trying to hold my feelings in. But my corporate personality couldn’t hold in. Spoke to asst. manager Ericka trying to pleased and disfused the entire situation. She asked what we can do to to satisfy us. I only stated “make us happy “ to dine there. NOT completely satisfied. I know they opened 11 to close. We suggested that they need to talk to their staffs in morning time before they open. Like a game plan or something. In corporate world the entire business will be in question. I truly hope they in the future they will have a better staff to run the...

Went in for my birthday and had a large group of 15. We were told that 2 servers were going to help us. We didn't know who the 2nd one was and had many "runners" of both food and drinks. I've been in the restaurant business my whole life, in all departments. Please re-teach your servers not to auction off items. Write down who gets which salad or soup and who gets what margarita. I know this can be done on a POS computer! It's so unprofessional when the server is yelling "who gets the salads"!!!! MY husband and son-in-law went to the bar to get drinks and was told from the bartender that she had to get paid at the bar, that she couldn't add the drinks to the bill... what??? why??? And when singing Happy Birthday (which there was 2 of us) stand behind the birthday person or persons... very poorly managed... very unprofessional. The bill was $430 with...
