I ordered this for my daughter to wear to the NFR. I decided she needed it more fitted for her outfit she will be wearing, so I reached out with and email to see what I needed to do to exchange it. I was concerned about receiving it in time for our trip. Once again the response was very quick and even better I was sent a return label and a also an email that a shipment is being prepared with my new shirt. Read moreI ordered boots 2 weeks ago for an event I was attending this weekend 8/15 and 8/16 that I was traveling for and I needed the boots by Thursday, 8/14. Lane warehouse sent the wrong size that I recieved on 8/9. I contacted Bourbon Cowgirl with my issue, she promptly reached out to Lane and they said they would be sending the correct pair. I was never provided with shipping information for tracking on the new pair. I’m expected to pay return shipping on the pair that was wrong and is not my fault. As well as I did not recieve the boots in time for the event they were ordered for. The correct size should have been overnighted not at my expense as well as the return shipping.
