The work that this shop performs is top notch, and so are the guitars that they sell, and the people who work there. I’ve played for about 15 years, and in that time, no shop has compared to Woodshed. Not even a close second. I have taken two guitars in for repair, and I have bought two guitars from Woodshed. The guitars that Chris repaired came out absolutely perfect. Getting a guitar repaired at Woodshed leaves you feeling like your guitar is better than when it was new. Their prices are not just fair, they’re unbelievable. I just put $80 into an acoustic from ‘66, and I feel like I got a new guitar compared to what I brought in. Genuine care and effort were put into the repairs. The guitars that I have bought from them, whether $200 or much more, are all set up to absolute perfection and play better than they should. These guys get it. This is what a guitar shop should be, run by people who love guitars. And they love your guitars too. I cannot praise Woodshed highly enough. I’m a full time gigging musician so, last weekend, I took a long trip to play an outside venue, in the scorching temps, when BOTH of my gigging guitars warped out of whack from heat and humidity. The next two immediate shows sounded like I was playing with a sitar!😬😅

I reached out to Chris 1st thing Monday morning, to tell him of my dilemma and how my week’s gigs were starting up again in two days. People… WITHOUT HESITATION, Chris said to drop them off Tuesday and he’d have them ready for me before my Wednesday show.
