Smoker's Express — Local services in Carlisle

I have been going here for years. During COVID-19 I had to try a couple other places since they were shut down and those other places were awful. I like the service they provide here and I’m disappointed that I can no longer shop here. Due to COVID-19 and the type of work I do, I will no longer be able to use their establishment since they have now told me that they are no longer wearing masks. I am not one to be upset about something like this, just very disappointed that they would break their own roles and be fine with it. A lot of people in the medical field are having issues with places they can actually stop because certain businesses decide not to wear the mask. This business provides a clear sign describing Pennsylvania’s Governor Wolfs orders, it is very detailed which is why I assumed that it would be fine the shop there. I am very disappointed in their decision, however I still feel they have great service and the reason I’m disappointed is because I cannot shop there due to this unforeseen epidermic. I have been coming here for YEARS spending a LOT of money and I've NEVER had a proeenblem until these last few weeks. Your staff has ALWAYS been the highlight of my day. FRIENDLY, HAPPY and helpful. That is until recently. Your new "manager" and I use the term in the loosest possible way if RUDE , BOSSY, CONDESCENDING , AND EVERYTHING BAD ROLLED UP INTO ONE TERRIBLE PACKAGE. I have seen her talk to employees AND customers in a way that made me want to never come back. Update: I have been contacted by the owner and he apologized. He said there may have been a hole in the bag and I can go back and talk to the manager and get another bag for free. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Prices are great for those who roll their own. However the first bag of tobacco I bought was so dry compared to the second bag I bought.
