You pull into the parking lot, park the truck and walk across the hot pavement. The doors slide back and your chilled by the blast of artic air from inside the store and your spirit spring's back to life. Would not recommend Carlsbad New Mexico store. Manager is rude and will not work with customers after purchasing a new pressure washer. Pressure washer did not even work for two hours before failing. Went to warranty it out and forgot to remove gas from tank. Reminded us that there cannot be any gas in tank. purchased a pump and small gas can from that store and removed gas from pressure washer. Spilt very little of gas onto parking space from removing the hose and manager said that he will not warranty a thousand-dollar pressure washer, because of little bit of gas was spilt in a parking lot that's not...
