do not go to get this place, it is very unsanitary. i’ve never had a problem with this place until today. i went in because i had gotten the wrong size and was hoping for a exchange which i have done multiple times previously, they told us they couldn’t do one which is fine. she then takes the piercing i BOUGHT yesterday that i was trying to exchange and put it back into the jewelry holders and has me pay for the one i wanted. we then ask where our piercing went that we had bought yesterday and she said oh i’m not sure and goes scavenging through the jewelry holders and is pulling out multiple ones asking us if different ones were ours. so we brought up the fact that she was touching our piercing with her hands and had put it back in the box so why couldn’t we exchange it since they put a touched piercing back and couldn’t even figure out which one was ours in the first place and so we asked for the managers number and she said he doesn’t have one but ended up calling him(scott) we weren’t able to talk to scott but she said we could either leave or take another piercing we chose to just leave at that point because the teenage girls that were working were talking bad about us and making excuses for their wrong doings. scott the manager refused to give out his number or any other higher up peoples numbers. the girls were very unprofessional and disrespectful the second we asked about how gross it was they just put the piercing that i had bought the day before back into the box for somebody else to buy and put into their nose. i do not...

Went there for my first nose ring since my piercing finally healed. The girl was busy on her phone and finally got up to help me. She kept asking what size I wanted when I had no clue since this was my first one. She asked me what size I had on my nose and I told her idk can't you tell ny looking and she didn't even want to look at my nose like she was disgusted or something and she just said no. So she sold me one and it's too long it sticks out I have ti keep pushing it down all day. It was only $10 but still she should work there if she can't even stand to look at someone's nose piercing to see what...

I love these guys. I've been to their Carlsbad and Escondido locations at the malls and their staff is always really helpful, two of the girls I've met are always really sweet and are always well informed on the product and any questions I have in general about piercings and the jewelry. I've shopped here 4 times already lol. Their prices are fair too, I never feel like I'm overpaying...
