Horrible experience!!! Someone needs to put Jacob in his place, unemployment!! Yes long wavy blonde haired thick Jacob. He is super rude and unprofessional! We went in for picture pickup for my daughterās graduation announcements, she graduated 2 days ago! 1 year early from highschool, so yes super excited to pick them up to get them sent out. There is a girl in front of us you can tell has been waiting at picture desk for a while. We go look around store for an associate, no one was out there except for front cashier. She called for someone to come out and assist customers. Here comes Mr. Jacob, from the employee lounge area in the back. He is assisting the girl in front of us and her pictures are not ready. (Of course) He then tells her he will get them submitted and it will be 15-20 minutes and she can come back and get them. He then is assisting us. He tells us our pictures are not ready (of course) he then tells us the cutter is not working and if we want we can purchase them like that and cut them ourselves, which we say is fine just excited to get her graduation cards. He then prints out 3 tickets, then gets on the phone with his boss and starts saying as heās walking to the printer he needs his account unlocked wants to redo password ect. Blah blah blah. Keeps going on while on a call. Then we hear pictures printing weāre like ok cool heās printing our stuff. About 3-4 minutes later turns to us and says oh your pictures are going to take 15-20 minutes so you can come back for them. Never telling us that from the beginning, just doing his thing on his phone. We said ok, well can we go ahead and purchase these teas while weāre here. As heās walking past us not even looking at us to go back to break room he says in a rude manner nope this register is closed you need to go to the front and continues walking past us. We leave store to go to another store while we wait. He calls my daughters phone in a very rude manner and says we donāt even have that card stock Iām not doing this, we have paper if you want it printed on that. My daughter tells him on the phone he is being very rude and has horrible customer service. He hangs up on her. We go back about an hr later to see whatās going on with my cards. Thereās Mr. Jacob standing at front counter not working, wasting Walgreens money. As Iām passing by I ask him is there anyone working photos (which I can see is a no from where I am) he says in a snide way whatās the name what are you needing (knowing who I am) I said Parker he instantly says rudely oh ya, umm no I cancelled your order. Someone on the phone told me I have bad customer service skills so I cancelled the order. And I told him you do! Your very rude and u professional. This is disgusting behavior for no reason!! We were never rude to him kept our cool and patience until the end. Someone needs to talk to this dude!!! Totally ruined our day. Super sad to allow someone to act like this and run away customers. Shame on you Jacob. Fix the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I travel for his job quite a bit, Walgreens is Nationwide so moving prescriptions around is easier. We have used Walgreens in 5 states and have always had great service. This particular Walgreens pharmacy has got to be hands down the WORST. They dont have enough people working. Just standing in line to refill a prescription is 20-30 minutes. If you want to wait it's at least an hour. I came in from a doctor's visit with a prescription 9/28. Was told it wasnt in stock to check Wednesday. Went back Thursday 10/3, stood in line again for another 30 minutes just to be told they still didnt have it. I asked if it could be ordered, they said no. I went to walgreens again 10/9, at about 11am, stood in line for another 30 minutes and was told they did get it in but it wasnt unpacked. Check back in a couple of hours. Called at 3pm was put on hold then hung up on twice before I got a pharmacist. Yes it was in. Went back at 5:45pm stood in line again, was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I sat in a chair facing the pharmacy, they could definitely see me. At 6:50 I received a text saying that the insurance turned it down because it was to soon to refill. What?! I knew that wasnt right. I ran out 5 days prior and I dont even take what I'm supposed to. All of my medication and vitamins are in little pill bags that I take each morning. So there were no mistakes of over dosing myself. I knew that this medication was due to be refilled 9/28. My feeling is that it had not been unpacked and they didnt want to admit that they hadnt unpacked it yet. Meanwhile there is this poor old woman who had just been discharged from the hospital propped up against the counter waiting, they told her to get in line. She obviously could barely stand so the 5 of us in line said ' no really it's okay take her first'. Turns out she had dropped prescriptions off 2 hours earlier and came back. Well they couldn't find them so they left her standing there and started working around her. Finallt they told her that they couldn't find them could she come back tomorrow? I finally get to the front of the line and ask what the deal is with the insurance. She says it's like the text says, it's to soon. I ask when they are due to be refilled. She says the 10th. I say it's the 9th and TriCare allows scripts within 3 days of their due date (even though I know shes lying) She says 'I can only tell you what it says'. I took my script and left. When I go in today I'm getting a print out of all scripts I've had filled there and on what dates. Talking to people around town who use Walgreens I've heard that they are notorious for losing electronically sent scripts so many of the docs give paper scripts. If you can...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe are traveling through Carlsbad, NM from Michigan and my husband needed one RX refilled. We stopped at the pharmacy on our way into town on Thursday at noon. My husband was told it would take 2-4 hours to fill the prescription so he asked if he could pick it up the next day. Since we were making a trip back to the pharmacy I decided Friday morning to order a refill using the Walgreens app. I indicated I would pick up the RX at noon that day. I usually receive text alerts if there is a problem filling the RX or when the RX is ready for pick up. At 3:00 p.m. I had not heard from the pharmacy. So I used the app to check the status of my order. It said āIncompleteā and to contact the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and was put directly on hold. The recording said there was one person ahead of me. After being on hold for 15 minutes the call abruptly dropped. We decided to go to the pharmacy. As soon as I walked in I asked to see the manager. He listened to my plight then walked me back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tech told us since the RX was for a Class 2 controlled substance the pharmacist would have to contact the home pharmacy and receive a release to dispense the drug. Apparently this particular pharmacist thought this was too much trouble and just put both refill requests in the āIāll deal with this laterā file. Once he was told by the store manager to follow through with what was necessary to fill the RXs we were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to have them ready. My husbandās was ready in an hour and a half and mine took 2 hours. When we went back to the store to pick them up there were five cars in the drive through, so I went inside where I was sixth in line at the pharmacy counter! While I waited in line the pharmacist looked at the clock then left the pharmacy. As I was leaving the store he was returning to the pharmacy with a Red Bull! Iām not sure pharmacists should be drinking Red Bull while they are dispensing medication! I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs especially if you are from...
