Set up a transfer from out if state. Once I moved here the store manager Amanda was rude and unprofessional. She even avoided me and left the store for lunch the day I arrived to sign paperwork. The employee that did help did not know about anything Amanda and I talk about. Prices were different etc…so i canceled the agreement until i could figure out what was happening. I go back the next month and once again Amanda avoids and tell her employee my account is closed and I need to reapply. So I did, and get declined..HOW!!! I have no agreement and was already approved. No one has an answer and Im feeling rushed at this moment. Once I get home, I find out this store is charging me for some benefits plus insurance for merchandise I don’t have or ever had. Resulting in 3 late payments and the reason I was declined. Read moreSome of the most rude, unprofessional, and unclear service I’ve ever received. From the floor workers all the way to management. Issues ranging from not being updated about changes to my account, wrong payments, unclear information and lack of knowledge from employees, not being called back, and being treated poorly when trying to handle issues. Apparently there has been a large amount of turnover at this location. Never seem to be able to keep staff or have the current staff trained properly. It’s sad when you never miss your payments, you’re almost done paying off the furniture, but I would rather take the loss of money than deal with these people. Even trying to give back the furniture has been a hassle. Tried to speak with management and she apparently did not want to hear it and simply did not care Have worked in customer service well over a decade and am still astounded how some company’s let their employees treat their customers.
