Got my chain fixed from them and it wasn’t the best quality work. It has two ends that connect to the lock and they simply melted one end and didn’t make it close to the rest of the design. Its literally hanging by one small loop. You can tell when you wear it its shorter and the melted piece looks different than the rest of the “singapore link” chain. It literally fell off within less than a week two times, good thing i was home or i probably would of lost it.
